    Product FEATURE

    ALLOYX is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with additions of cobalt and tungsten. ALLOYX alloys have excellent oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1200°C, and can also be used in neutral and reducing atmospheres. HASTELLOYX alloys are also resistant to carbonizing and nitriding atmospheres.
    1. The alloy has good hot working properties, forging heating temperature 1170 ℃.
    2. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the degree of deformation of the forging piece and the final forging temperature.
    3. The alloy also has satisfactory welding performance, can be used in argon arc welding, seam welding, spot welding and other methods of welding.
    4. Alloy can be added directly to the furnace has been heated to a high working temperature. The alloy is removed from the furnace immediately after the necessary holding time and processed to the specified specifications, if the metal temperature drops below the minimum processing temperature, it is necessary to heat it up again.
    5. The surface oxides and slag around the weld are more adherent to the alloy than to the stainless steel, so the use of fine grain sand belts or fine grain sand wheels is recommended.
    It is recommended to use a fine grain sand belt or fine grain sand wheel for grinding.
