Product Feature
GH141 is precipitation hardening nickel-based deformation of high temperature alloy, in the range of 650 ~ 950 ℃, has a high tensile and long-lasting creep strength and good oxidation resistance; due to the high content of aluminium, titanium and molybdenum in the alloy, it is difficult to cast ingot billet, but the deformation of the material has a better plasticity, in the annealed state can be cold forming, can also be welded, welded parts are prone to strain aging heat Treatment cracks. Welded parts are susceptible to strain ageing cracks during heat Treatment. The alloys are available in sheet, strip, wire, discs, rings, forgings, rods, and precision castings.
