    Product FEATURE

    GH4133B is Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformation of high-temperature alloys, GH4133B alloy is in the GH4133 alloy on the basis of the addition of an appropriate amount of magnesium, zirconium after the modification of the alloy.  The two alloys are used at a temperature of 750 ℃ or less, have good overall mechanical properties, with high yield strength; has good oxidation resistance, stable organization and grain uniformity and small; easy to hot forming. Especially GH4133B alloy improved GH4133 alloy 750 ℃ below the existence of notch sensitivity, so that the life of the material doubled, greatly improving the enduring strength and plasticity.

    Product application

    GH4133B alloy has been used in the production of a variety of models of aero-engine turbine disk and bearing ring and other important parts, batch production and good use. The alloy is also suitable for the manufacture of turbine disks and working blades and other important load-bearing parts of aero-engines at temperatures below 750°C.
