    Product FEATURE

4J36, also known as Invar 36 alloy, is a special, low expansion iron-nickel alloy with an ultra-low coefficient of expansion; it has a low linear coefficient of thermal expansion in the range of 20-100°C. 4J42 alloy has a constant coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) that matches that of hard glass, soft glass, and ceramics.
Alloy 4J42 is an iron-nickel alloy with a constant coefficient of expansion, its coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) and hard glass, soft glass, ceramics, and can be achieved through the glass-to-metal sealing process of hermetically sealed packaging shells; with the commonly used alumina, oxidation plating LTCC, AlN circuit substrate CTE closure; the total magnetic energy and excellent electrical properties of the good processing, plating and welding performance.

    Product application

4J36 Requirements for dimensional stability of a variety of instruments, instrumentation parts, heating bimetallic passive layer, resonant cavity.
4J42 is mainly used and soft glass, ceramics and other sealing, the production of electronic tubes, transistors and integrated circuits lead, frame and sealing plug.
