    Product FEATURE

    GH1015 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformed high temperature alloy with a service temperature below 950°C. The alloy is solid solution strengthened with chromium, tungsten and molybdenum. The alloy is solid solution strengthened with the addition of elements such as chromium, tungsten and molybdenum. The alloy has high plasticity, moderate endurance and creep strength, good resistance to hot and cold fatigue properties, as well as good processing and welding properties, and organizational stability.

    Product application

    Alloy in 700 ℃ ~ 900 ℃ long-term work has a certain aging hardening phenomenon, so that the room temperature plasticity decreased; alloy in 700 ℃ above long-term work has along the grain boundary oxidation tendency, can be used enamel coating for effective protection. The high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy above 1000°C is slightly worse than that of nickel-based alloys for similar applications. The alloy can be used as a substitute for GH2039, GH3030, GH3044 and GH3536. The alloy has been used in the manufacture of aero-engine combustion chambers, charge cylinders and other high-temperature components. The main products are cold-rolled sheets, rods, wires and forgings.
