Product Introduction of Corrosion Resistant Alloy UNS N06600

UNS N06600 is a nickel chromium iron based solid solution strengthening alloy with good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding process performance, and satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700 ℃. Alloy can be strengthened through cold processing, and can also be connected by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. It can be supplied with cold-rolled thin plates, hot-rolled thick plates, strips, wires, bars, circular cakes, ring billets, ring forgings, etc. It is suitable for making antioxidant parts that can withstand low loads below 1100 ℃.
Application
● Thermowells in corrosive atmospheres
● Production of vinyl chloride monomer: resistance to chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, oxidation, and carbonization corrosion
● Uranium oxidation conversion to hexafluoride: resistant to hydrogen fluoride corrosion
● The production and use of corrosive alkali metals, especially in environments where sulfides are used
● Titanium dioxide produced by chlorine gas method
● Production of organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides: resistance to chlorine and fluorine corrosion
● Nuclear reactors
