Product FEATURE
1. Excellent oxidation resistance at high temperature;
2. Very good resistance to carbonization;
3. excellent resistance to oxidation sulfur-containing atmosphere;
4. very good mechanical properties at both room and high temperatures;
5. very good resistance to stress corrosion cracking properties due to the control of carbon content and grain size, 601 has a high creep fracture strength, so in the field of 500 ℃ above the recommended use of 601.
Product application
1. Pallets and fixtures for heat treatment plants;
2. Wire strand annealing and radiation tubes, wire mesh tapes for the high speed gas burner industry;
3. Isolation tanks in ammonia reforming and catalytic support grids in nitric acid manufacturing;
4. Exhaust system components;
5. Combustion chambers in solid waste incinerators;
6. Pipe supports and soot handling sections. When held at about 650°C for a sufficiently long period of time, carbon particles and unstable quaternary phases will be precipitated and will be transformed into stable Ni3(Nb,Ti) rhombohedral lattice phases. The platinum and niobium components in the nickel-chromium matrix strengthened by the solid solution will improve the mechanical properties of the material, but the plasticity will be somewhat reduced.
