    Product FEATURE

    GH163 is a Ni-Cr-Co based precipitation hardening deformation high temperature alloy with a service temperature of up to 850°C. The alloy has good oxidation resistance below 800°C, high yield strength and creep strength, and good resistance to cold and hot fatigue. The alloy has good oxidation resistance below 800℃, high yield strength and creep strength, small tendency to strain ageing cracks, and good resistance to hot and cold fatigue. The alloy has satisfactory molding and welding properties.

    Product application

    Suitable for the production of the main combustion chamber of aero-engine and the plate welding structure of the combustion chamber and load-bearing parts, has been used for the production of aero-engine flame cylinder, the cylinder body, mounting edge, mounting seat and pipe fittings, etc., the batch production and the use of the situation is good.
