    Product FEATURE

GH44 is a Ni-Cr solid solution strengthened deformed high temperature alloy with a service temperature below 900℃. It is suitable for the production of aero-engine main combustion chamber and fuel combustion chamber parts that work for a long time at 900℃ or below. The alloy can be welded by chlorine arc welding, spot welding, seam welding and brazing, and can be combined with 1Cr18Ni9Ti, GH1140, GH3030 and GH3039 alloys for welding. Parts working at high temperatures can be effectively protected with W-2 enamel coating.

    Product application

GH44 is widely used in the manufacture of high-temperature components for aero-engines and gas turbines, such as turbine blades, guide vanes, combustion chambers, etc. It is also used in the manufacture of high-temperature components for rocket engines and in the nuclear industry. In addition, it is also used in the manufacture of high-temperature components for rocket engines and high-temperature components in the nuclear power industry.
