Product FEATURE
GH648 is a Ni-Cr based precipitation hardening deformation high temperature alloy with a long term service temperature of less than 900°C and a short term service temperature of up to 1100°C. The alloy is characterized by the addition of about 32% of ω(Cr), which gives it excellent thermal corrosion resistance. The alloy is characterized by the addition of about ω (Cr) 32%, so that it has excellent thermal corrosion resistance. At the same time, the alloy has medium strength and good fatigue and creep resistance, good cold working properties and welding properties. It is suitable for the production of high-temperature structural parts with a temperature of 900℃-1000℃ and excellent corrosion resistance. The main varieties supplied are plates, strips, bars, forgings and rings. The comprehensive performance of the alloy is better than the domestic GH3044 and GH3128 performance level. Because GH648 has a smaller specific gravity than GH3044, the alloy has a higher specific strength.
Product application
The alloy has been used in the production of combustion chamber components and other hot end components of advanced aero-engines, with good batch production and utilization. Similar grades have been widely used in foreign aero-engines.
