Product FEATURE
1.Excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media in oxidizing and reducing environments.
2.Excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion and no stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorides.
3.Excellent resistance to corrosion of inorganic acids such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and a mixture of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, etc.
4.Excellent resistance to corrosion of a variety of inorganic acids in mixed solutions.5.
5.Temperature up to 40 ℃, in a variety of concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution can show good corrosion resistance.
6.Good workability and weldability without post-weld cracking susceptibility.
7.Wall temperature in -196 ~ 450 ℃ pressure vessel manufacturing certification.
8. By the American Association of Corrosion Engineers NACE standard certification (MR-01-75) in line with the highest standards for use in the sour gas environment grade VII.
Product application
Soft annealed low carbon alloy 625 is widely used in the chemical process industry, where its good corrosion resistance and high strength enable it to be used as a thin structural component. 625 alloy can be used in applications where it comes into contact with seawater and is subjected to high mechanical stresses.
Typical application areas: 1.
1. Components for organic chemical processes containing chlorides, especially where acidic chloride catalysts are used.
2. Digesters and bleach tanks for the pulp and paper industry.
3. Absorption towers, reheaters, flue gas inlet baffles, fans (wet), agitators, deflectors and flues in flue gas desulphurization systems.
4. Equipment and components for manufacturing applications in acid gas environments.
5. Acetic acid and ethyl alcohol reaction generators. 6. Sulfuric acid condensers.
