    GH3044 is solid solution strengthened nickel-based antioxidant alloy, in the 900 ℃ below with high plasticity and moderate thermal strength, and has excellent oxygen and good stamping, welding process performance, suitable for the manufacture of aero-engine main combustion chamber at 900 ℃ below the long-term work of the main combustion chamber and combustion chamber components and heat insulation screen, guiding blade, supply varieties of plates, strips, wires, tubes, rods, and ring-shaped parts and so on. GH3044 ingot forging heating temperature of 1170 ℃ ± 10 ℃, final forging temperature of not less than 900 ℃. Slab rolling heating temperature 1190 ° C ± 10 ° C, sheet hot rolling heating temperature 1130 ° C ± 10 ° C, the final rolling temperature of not less than 800 ° C; sheet cold rolled total under pressure rate of about 30%. GH3044 plate has good process performance of stamping parts. Cold rolled sheet supply state of the limit of deep-drawn coefficient of K limit = 2.06.

    Product application
