    Product FEATURE

GH105 is a Ni-Co-Cr based deposition hardening deformation high temperature alloy with an operating temperature of 750℃-950℃. The alloy's room temperature and high temperature strength is high, the oxidation resistance function is outstanding, but the heat processing function and welding function is general. Applicable to the manufacture of aero-engine turbine blades, high-temperature bolts and other high-temperature parts. The main products include hot rolled bars and flats, cold drawn bars, profiles and rings.

    Product application

The alloy has been used in the manufacture of aero-engine turbine blades, fan seals and high-temperature bolts and other parts, with good batch production and utilization. The deformation resistance of the alloy is large, and should be prevented from cracking during forging and rolling, and the cold-drawn bar is suitable for a drawing temperature of about 600°C. The alloy is also used in the manufacture of aero-engine turbine blades, fan seals and high temperature bolts.
