Product FEATURE
Monel K500 alloy in addition to high strength, corrosion resistance, non-magnetic and other excellent mechanical properties, and Monel 400 the same corrosion resistance, can be used as a pump shaft material, applicable to the alloy does not have a plastic-brittle transition temperature, so it is very suitable for a variety of low-temperature equipment. The chemical composition of the alloy is generally the same as that of Monel 400, the biggest difference is the content of 2.3-3.15% Al and 0.3-1.0% Ti. The organization of this alloy is the same as that of Monel 400 except that there is a diffuse N3 (Al.Ti) precipitation phase precipitation.
Product application
This alloy is mainly used for pump shafts, valve stems, conveyor scrapers, oil well drilling rings, elastic parts, valve gaskets, etc. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical and electronic sectors.
